As you all know, I have adopted the symbol of the teardrop for my site in sympathy of all the desperate and lonely tears shed by the children who day after day and night after night, silently endure the pain inflicted on them by their heartless abusers. As you may have noticed in my site, I have a great love of roses. They are an enduring symbol to me of life and beauty amongst the thorns. Thorns symbolize to me protection and strength. Survivors of abuse have their own built-in defense mechanisms, developed to protect them from harm and to keep them alive. My strong hope is that one day, child abuse, domestic violence can be eradicated and we will no longer be required to produce “thorns”. Because of my love of roses, and in keeping with the teardrop theme, I decided that this collection is a perfect way for me to share with you the beauty of these gems. There is a total of 12 Tear Drop Roses to choose from. I would appreciate that these teardrops not be altered or re-sized. The pictures used are of my personal gardens at home and I am hopeful that you will enjoy them as much as I do.
I’ve decided to offer Teardrop Roses for adoption by application only and will naturally visit your site to ensure my “babies” are not being housed in a place that promotes or condones child abuse or pornography.
Please go here, to
fill out the Adoption Form after looking at the beautiful Tear Drop Roses!
Please link the Teardrop Roses back to my site. Once you have placed them on your site, email me with the URL, so that I may add your site to my list of
adopters – supporters against child abuse, domestic violence and lovers of beauty. Due to the volume of mail that I receive, please allow up to 7 days for a reply. Just so you’ll know, the Teardrops look best against a softly colored background.
