There's a dark cloud over head Underneath all seems dead Voices still inside the head The body motionless on the bed   Trapped forever in this place Time stands still in this space Stuck inside looking out What's this life all about   Split in pieces, to numb the pain Never have to feel the sadness or shame A distant time not understood Always knowing its not good   Shattered pieces live in pain Memories too old and scary to name Keep the silence the only way Stay alive one more day   The voices scream inside the head Alive and kicking they're not dead Out of the darkness into the light  They won't give up without a fight   They can't come out of this space Please stay still and cover our face A time long gone and best forgotten Hide forever all that's rotten   Our soul is a barren, desolate place No warmth or light to nurture its space Deep, deep down they cry inside Raging thoughts suicide   There's a dark cloud over head Underneath all seems dead Voices still rage inside our head The body motionless on the bed      March 8,2005
